🌼 Daisy Bunting Chain Ideas 🌼 Help Us Create a Chain of Hope 🌼 We're inviting our wonderful local community to come together and help us fill shop windows with daisy bunting chains – each one blooming with hope, kindness and connection. 💛 Each daisy can carry a message of support, a memory, or a word of encouragement – creating a beautiful "Chain of Hope" across our towns. 🎨 We're calling on schools, families, community groups and local businesses to get involved. Download and decorate your own daisy using our printable template or join one of our “Make a Daisy, Make a Difference” craft sessions. 🌈 Add your own words of comfort on the petals – little “Petals of Positivity” to let children and families know: they are not alone. 🧵 Together, each daisy helps us raise awareness of the vital support the Children’s Bereavement Centre offers to local children and young people at one of the most devastating times of their lives. 📍Look out for our bunting trails appearing in shop windows soon – and if your business would like to take part, we’d love to hear from you! If you would like any more information about this campaign, please email Claire DOWNLOAD YOUR FREE PATTERN chochet / knitting We are inviting shops and businesses to display daisies to show their support for the appeal About the daisy appeal 2025 is the fifth year the charity will display daisies throughout June. Daisies are the perfect flower, the meaning of a daisy flower can be purity, innocence, and love. Children are known to pick daisies to create daisy chains much like the links of a family and the connection we have to the people we love. You can decorate your home or business with white daisies, have a dress down day and wear white or yellow to work/school, get baking and have a bake sale with yellow or white daisy cakes/ cake pops, or even have a daisy treasure hunt around your village or school. What ever your idea we’d love for you to get involved. For more information or to register you would like to take part in our Daisy Appeal please email Clare or call 01636 551739. Retailers and cafes can get involved by decorating windows and creating white daisy displays Local schools and groups can get involved in creating handmade daisy bunting or using paper plates to create their own daisy exhibit If you are a local business and you would like daisies to be drawn with chalk pens for your window display, please email Katie to arrange a time and date. Thank you uni pen for the donation of pens. Download your own template of daisies here Manage Cookie Preferences
