Helen Kemp Helen first started as a volunteer and then following qualification as a Humanistic & Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist she worked as an Outreach Bereavement Co-ordinator in Rushcliffe. Helen left this role in 2018 but remained in the third sector until she set-up private practice in 2020. Now she works as a 'pracademic' continuing her counselling and supervision work alongside lecturing on undergraduate and postgraduate psychology programmes at the University of Lincoln. The Children's Bereavement Centre holds a special place for Helen and she feels privileged to be able to offer clinical and research focus to support the longevity and development of the charity so that children and families can continue to be supported through their loss.
