Parents, carers, schools and other professionals can play a crucial role in supporting children and young people during times of need. However, supporting children and young people who are grieving can be challenging and adults are understandably often anxious how to respond before or after death and may worry about making it worse. If this inhibits them, it can mean that children miss out on support and are left alone with their fears and feelings.
We offer a number of training sessions for professionals, who want to build on their knowledge and skills to support children and young people affected by the death or terminal illness of someone important to them. Click here
