Savannah Fowlds - Volunteer Coordinator Savannah has a degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Mental Health and has been working in children’s mental health since 2016, specialising in supporting children and young people with special educational needs (SEN). Alongside her career, she has volunteered with several different organisations. She is passionate about creating safe, supportive spaces where children and young people feel welcome and understood. She is now excited to support CBC volunteers in building that kind of environment for others. Savannah is a keen fundraiser as well and has raised money for various charities over the years through hosting events (fine dining and gin tasting evenings) as well as taking on challenges such as skydiving for Alzheimer’s Society and completing the 2021 London Virtual Marathon in 2021 for NSPCC. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, baking sweet treats, and keeping active, taking on personal challenges like the Peak District Ultra Marathon 52km walking challenge in 2024 and the Milton Keynes Half Marathon.
