The Accumulator WHAT IS THE ACCUMULATOR? We will give your organisation £100 to find ways of increasing it to £1,000. You can be as creative as you dare to be, as long as you keep it safe and legal! HOW WILL THIS HELP THE CHARITY? The children we work with have experienced trauma due to the death or terminal illness of someone important to them. Bereaved children are extremely vulnerable to mental health disorders as they may be confused and upset by what they are feeling but unable to identify or understand why. You will be helping us to provide support to local families at one of the most devastating times of their life. 20 YEARS OF SUPPORT. A 1 time opportunity to turn £100 into £1,000. Our aim is to reach our fundraising target of £20,000 for our 20th anniversary. WHY TAKE PART? Getting your business involved with The CBC Accumulator Challenge is a fantastic way to engage staff and inject a little fun into the workplace. There will be support and ideas to help you along the way and our fundraising team will be on hand to help you throughout your fundraising journey. This is an ideal opportunity to encourage teamwork, develop creativity, boost morale amongst staff and engage with your local community! You will be mentioned in press releases, featured on our website and across our social media channels, so it's an excellent way to promote yourselves. You will be able to create engaging and creative content for your own social media channels and website to promote your success to your clients. You will be raising money for your local charity. £1,000 would enable us to positively change the lives of five local children/young people and their families by providing 1:1 bereavement counselling sessions.
